The BASF Services Europe GmbH provides finance and human resource services for over 200 BASF group companies throughout Europe. For our European Shared Service Center (ESSC) in Berlin we are currently looking for a

French Speaking Payroll Expert (m/w)

What you can expect

You are responsible for providing the monthly payroll processing for our French group companies. You implement, improve and maintain administrative HR procedures in SAP HR, while being in close cooperation with our local HR business partners in France as well as our internal service departments in Berlin. Furthermore, you ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements concerning our HR servicing are met. You also collaborate in internal projects (partly in France).

What we expect

After finishing your university degree you have gathered working experience in the field of French Payroll and HR Administration. You are fluent in French as well as in either English or German. You solve your tasks goal- and result-oriented and are always willing to learn. Even in difficult situations you are able to keep a clear head. As a motivated team player, you have excellent intercultural communication skills and a high level of customer orientation. You are an experienced MS Office-user; knowledge of SAP R/3 is desirable.
