Finance Partner - Audit, Advisory & Corporate Finance - German / English (m/f/d), Munich

Our client is a young, independent advisory and audit group supporting family-owned SMEs and mid-sized businesses through key stages of their development. Their field of expertise spans audit, accounting, transactions, corporate finance, and strategic advisory.

Following a successful growth in France, the group is launching a German office in Munich and is looking for an entrepreneurial finance professional to help establish and develop their presence in Bavaria and across Germany.

This is a unique opportunity for a senior advisor with strong local roots in the Mittelstand ecosystem who is looking to play a central role in building a business and progressing towards partnership.

Finance Partner - Audit, Advisory & Corporate Finance - German / English (m/f/d), Munich

Your mission

Working closely with the Group's partners, you will:

• Develop and grow our Corporate Finance and Advisory activities in Germany
• Build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, shareholders, family-owned businesses, banks, investors, and professional advisors
• Advise SME and mid-market clients on financing, growth, acquisitions, succession, and strategic projects
• Identify and originate new business opportunities within your network
• Contribute to the development of the Munich office, including team growth and market positioning
• Participate actively in the firm's long-term development strategy in Germany

Your profile

• 10+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory, Transaction Services, M&A, Structured Finance, Banking, or related advisory activities
• Strong network within the Bavarian and/or German SME and Mittelstand ecosystem
• Proven ability to develop trusted relationships with business leaders and decision-makers
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a business
• Commercially driven while maintaining a hands-on approach
• Fluent German and English; French is a plus
