Your Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support through structuring and prioritizing work together with the CFO and ensure the highest quality working standards in cooperation with other departments worldwide
  • Identify business requirements and translate these into prioritized action points for the whole Dennemeyer organization
  • Analyze our business processes focused on significant points for improvements
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the global Dennemeyer organization
  • Prepare systematically presentations of the executive board including taking meeting minutes as well as organize and prepare meetings, coordinate agenda
  • Follow up on implementations of decisions taken by the executive board
  • Support global expert teams in project management
  • Support annual operational planning processes, business planning and performance review cycles

Your Profile

  • University degree in Business Administration and/or Finance, Accounting, Controlling or similar, and +3 years of relevant professional experience (in a similar role or in a prestigious Consulting firm)
  • Excellent conceptual thinking paired with analytical skills
  • Proven track record to handle high workload with accuracy and professionalism
  • Solid experience in strategic business consulting and professional project management
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365 products
  • High level of independence and flexibility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory, German and French are considered as an additional asset
  • Willingness to travel and visit our other offices worldwide
