Document Management and Transformation Specialist (GED) (m/f/d), Luxembourg

Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) acts exclusively in the public interest. Our aim is to protect financial consumers and to promote fairness, transparency and security within the financial sector, one of the main pillars of the Luxembourg economy.

The CSSF is also distinguished by its strong involvement at European and international level. Our staff actively participate in working groups set up by international institutions and work closely with other European authorities, with the shared aim of promoting financial stability at European and international level.

Mission

Attached to the IT Service of the CSSF, the candidate will join the GED team, whose main objective is to ensure the management and maintenance of the existing document platform (FileNet), while actively contributing to the implementation of the CSSF’s new document management platform.

Profile

• University degree (BAC+3)
• Experience in administering or managing document platforms
• Strong understanding of document management processes
• Knowledge of key concepts: classification plan, data model, search, security
• Experience in transformation, migration, or deployment projects
• Development skills and sensitivity to innovation and AI solutions to enhance user experience
• Written and spoken fluency in English and French. Knowledge of Luxembourgish and German will be considered as an asset
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Teamwork, autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
