Missions

The following accountabilities are described giving the scope of your applicability:

• Digital security awareness coordination of content creation across Airbus
• Digital security awareness content generation in partnership with relevant digital security teams
• Validate the technical accuracy of awareness content and scenarios with appropriate stakeholders and departments
• Undertake digital security awareness / training sessions as required

Activities- in close coordination with Corporate Security Awareness Team:

• Monitor and identify the top human risks to our organization and the behaviours we need to change to mitigate those risks
• Tailor digital security training, education, and awareness contents to reduce institutional risk related to lack of training
• Support the development , and implementation an Airbus security awareness strategy and annual plans / programs, which focuses on changing behaviours both at work and at home
• Participate to the establishment a security awareness network with key stakeholders throughout the organization to understand risks and business objectives
• Support the management of relationships with digital security education and awareness related vendors
• Exploit the results of cybersecurity/human behaviour centric studies conducted by the Innovation & Scouting Team
• Coordinates phishing assessment program(s) undertaken across Airbus
• Maintain awareness of the current security threat landscape
• Responsibilities – in coordination with Corporate Security Awareness
• Create digital security awareness content across Airbus business lines, divisions, and Key/Roof Countries
• Produce cyber security awareness content to serve digital security office customers for prioritised strategic risk reduction
• Liaise with Corporate Security awareness team for the validation and distribution of digital security awareness materials, activities, and events
• Review Digital Security communications on request
• Participate in Digital Security Communications Group

Skills

• Master's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
• English: Negotiation Level
• At least 5 years of work experience in the security area
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in an international context
• Pedagogue with talent for making complex ideas accessible
