Customer Solutions Specialist (m/f/d), Frankfurt am Main

Tasks

• You love strong brands we love strong personalities! ​
• Become part of Danone and our team with the successful brands Volvic, Aptamil, Activia, Actimel, Alpro and more. 
• End‑to‑end order management from order entry to delivery
• Handling customer inquiries, order clarifications, and service requests
• Interface between customers, Sales, and Supply Chain
• Processing complaints, claims, and return flows
• Monitoring deliveries and proactively managing deviations
• Maintaining accurate customer and order documentation in SAP

Profile

• Completed commercial education
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or order management
• Strong service mindset and structured, independent working style
• Good SAP knowledge and strong Excel skills
• Fluent German, good English skills
