Mission
- As a true Business Partner, play a key role in the strategy development and in achieving the short and long-term financial objectives of the French Biopharma commercial organization. Become an active member in the Operational Committee of your Business Units and a trusted and insightful financial advisor. Streamline the commercial performance with a focus on sales forecast and efficient cost management. Develop a deep understanding of KPIs and provide accurate and value-added analysis to support the decision-making process. Run the Planning and Forecasting processes in coordination with your key stakeholders to deliver consistent, ambitious and reliable plans.
- In charge of monthly closing and reporting processes. Enhance and develop tools & reporting taking advantage of new technologies.
- Contribute to local/global projects such as the upgrade of our ERP system.
- You report to the Head of Controlling Biopharma France, and you are based in our French headquarter in Lyon – France (no remote contract).
Profile
- Master’s degree in economics, Finance or similar, with professional work experience in Controlling or related finance role of 5 years minimum. Knowledge and expertise in pharmaceutical industries is a plus
- Business orientation with a strategic thinking paired with excellent analytical and communication skills
- Performance and result culture, you seek to challenge the status quo, to innovate and exceed your objectives
- Ability to explain the “big picture” as well as the details and present complex topics in an easy way
- Ability to deal with different stakeholder, to advise and convince
- Very strong finance, IT skills, especially with SAP system, MS office suite
- Fluent in French and English
