Commercial analysis of aircraft customization (m/f), Toulouse

Tasks and Responsibilities

Your main tasks will include:

• Improve the current commercial performance measurement method and tool
• Automate the dashboard generation from raw data coming from the customization tool in place today
• Design up to a proof of concept, an automated link with the newly deployed customization tool
• Improve the options selection rates report
• Develop an automated way of creating selection rate reports
• Define and develop a new way of presenting the data, fulfilling the needs of the people facing customers

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:

• Engineering school (IT or Business school)
• Agility, expertise, flexibility and analytical mind-set are key to succeed in this role.
• Agile and Digitalization mindset
• Ability in Project Management including Agile Methodology knowledge
• A first experience in project management will be a plus
• Data Classification and regulation knowledge (GDRP, export control, Confidentiality)
• IT Tools: Java scriptfront end SQL server, JQuery , HTML5 et CSS3
• Basic understanding and use of Gsuite.
• Team work and leadership attributes
• The ability to communicate across nationalities and Airbus department
• Analytical skills with some big data skills
• Interpretation and data visualization
• French English negotiation level and in is required
