Tasks

• Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to capture complex business requirements and operational objectives, recommending automation solutions.
• Identify areas for improvement in business processes and provide IT solutions compliant with the overall IT strategy.
• Define and develop the required specification documents to be reviewed with stakeholders and Product team members.
• Serve as a liaison between Product Management teams and technical resources during product development to ensure the integrity of the delivered solution.
• Collect, manage, and share data to support organisational objectives and deliver tangible business impact.

Profile

• Significant experience in a Business Analyst position, creating detailed business analysis, and outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective relationships with stakeholders at different levels in a multifunctional and international setting.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent level in English.
