Main Missions

  • Defining and executing the talent acquisition strategy across the countries of charge, in alignment with the group strategy
  • Profile requirement analysis and identification of suited recruiting channels and methods
  • Managing of the recruitment process (End-to-End), including pre-selection and initial interviews
  • Managing and reporting of recruiting related reports
  • Main point of contact for (Senior-) management on all recruiting related topics
  • Commissioning, alignment and coordination with external personnel service providers
  • Supporting our career management team in driving our internal mobility
  • Management of university relations across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Netherlands
  • Execution of interview trainings to ensure best practice
  • Driving and execution of employer branding strategies in alignment with our communication team
  • Supporting global talent acquisition projects as assigned (e.g. Diversity)

Profile

  • University degree in business administration, human resources or similar
  • Profound recruitment experience, ideally in the automotive industry
  • Proven track in the execution of employer branding and university relations projects
  • Excellent analytics skills
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Strong communication skills
  • Agility to understand and adapt to a fast paced, dynamic work environment
  • Intercultural and open mind-set
  • Standard PC Software knowledge (MS Office etc.)
  • Preferably prior knowledge working as an external recruitment consultant
  • Ability to travel occasionally (<20 %)
