Your activities

• Plan the workload/capacity balance on a long and middle term of Production and Control, taking into account the future industrial capabilities to ensure the fulfillment of the requirements of the contracts. Provide reliable data to plan the Support Functions workload/capacity balance,
• Plan the availability of materials and components, synchronize with the Supplier Manager who mitigate the supply risks,
• Monitor the adjustment to the master plan,
• Define the improvment plan and associated actions,
• Participate to the Continuous Improvement of the Planning and Scheduling processes and tools.
• Inputs: Information system (e.g. SAP, PRIMAVERA…), MAIT documentation, product definition, industrial capabilities (machines, tools, work shop facilities...), company´s strategy, resources, budget, contractual requirements, and objectives.
• Outputs: Industrial plan and associated documentation (reporting, planning, KPI´s…), production weekly planning.

Required skills

• Less than 3 years experience are required in Manufacturing,
• Experience of Microsoft Project or an equivalent planning software is mandatory,
• Especially, knowledge of SAP Scheduling and PRIMAVERA would be an advantage,
• English: Advanced level,
• German would be an advantage.
