Customer Support Specialist – French / German (H/F)
Cergy (95) · CDI full time / hybrid

ABB E-Mobility is a global leader in EV charging, and we are expanding our multilingual Customer Support Team in Cergy (FR).
If you enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and working in an international environment - this role is for you.

What you will do

• Take inbound customer calls and handle cases through to resolution by phone, email and portal, ensuring fast, accurate support
• Work in French and German with our customers, and in English with our technical teams
• Diagnose what the customer is describing, resolve what you can, and escalate the rest with a clear handover
• Keep the customer informed at every step, and follow up until the case is genuinely closed
• Keep case and product information accurate in our support systems
• Flag the recurring problems you see, so we fix the cause and not just the ticket

There is no on-call rotation in the team today. If the service grows and we introduce one, it will be shared equally across the team and compensated

What you bring

• Experience in a phone-based customer support, service desk or call centre role - this is a voice-first job
• Fluent French and professional German (C1 minimum); English good enough to work with colleagues in Krakow and our R&D teams
• The instinct to dig into a problem rather than pass it along
• Comfort in an international team working across sites and time zones
• Technical curiosity — you do not need an electrical background; we will train you on the product
