Customer service - French and English (m/f/d), Düsseldorf

We are an international and well-established wholesale company. We supply commercial customers (B2B) all over the world with our products.

Salary: €2.900,00 - €3.250,00 per month

Description

• You speak fluently french and english on C1-C2 level and like customer contact ?
• You live in Düsseldorf or sourroundings to commute daily and you are interested to work in a young and international team?

Your profile

• At least 3 years of professional experience in order processing
• Fluent in french- spoken and written, C1-C2 level
• Advanced english skills, spoken and written, B2-C1 level
• Experience with an ERP or CRM programme
• Completed commercial training or studies
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel

Your tasks

• Processing incoming orders and supporting the field sales team
• Responding to customer enquiries inbound and outbound by email and telephone
• Preparing quotations and advising customers by telephone
• Maintaining/updating customer master data
• Participating in a trade fair from time to time
