• You take ownership of the strategic and operational development of the German market for technical software solutions
• You analyze the market, define clear goals and implement a strategy with strong growth potential
• You develop new business and manage an existing customer portfolio in the industrial sector
• You expand and leverage partnerships to strengthen market presence
• You build a local team (technical, sales, marketing) and implement a scalable organization with a long-term vision
• You present solutions to clients and at trade fairs and manage the full sales cycle in collaboration with international teams
• You actively contribute to the company’s long-term ambition to become a key player in the energy sector

Why we want you on our team - your strengths

• Your background: You have proven experience selling technical or software solutions in B2B with several years of experience or comparable experience. Ideally, you have an (electrical) engineering background
• Your languages: German (C1 minimum), fluent English, French is a plus
• Your IT skills: Strong understanding of software solutions, ideally energy calculation and simulation, with knowledge of digital tools and SaaS models
• Your style & personality: Entrepreneurial mindset, leadership skills, autonomy and a strong drive to build and develop
