Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Analyze and document business processes across various departments.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to simplify the Airbus Customer Service process landscape
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of process improvements.
  • Create process maps and workflows to support process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of process changes.
  • Monitor and report on process performance to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
  • Define and lead workshops

Qualifications

  • Enrolled full-time student in the area of Business Administration, Computer Science or an equivalent field of study.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of BPM and tools such as process mapping, workflow design, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google workplace, Google diagram, Klaxoon.
  • Fluency in English is required and German is a plus.
