V.I.E. Support Telecom Engineer (m/f), Germany

Tasks

• You will have level 3 support tasks, in collaboration with technical managers of operators.
• You will contribute to the quality procedure and apply quality procedure of our client.
• You will have to get back complex incidents and work in collaboration with our client international R&D for the incidents linked to the code.

To sum up, you will take part, suggest, and develop any initiative for the development of know-how for our client and you will take part in the result of all the missions in strength collaboration with the managers.

Profile

At least 3 years of university studies in teléeommunication or computer science (network specialization).

Technical skills:

• Good knowledge of SS7 protocols (USP, MAP, INAP, BSSAP)
• Experience in LAN administration (TCP/IP)
• Experience in Server installation and configuration: Win 2000 and 2003, and UNIX
• A know-how in Oracle installation and administration would be appreciated.

Other skills:

• Fluent in English
• To be able to speak German would be really appreciated
