V.I.E. OES sales coordinator VAG, Rüsselsheim

For the VAG Key Account in Russelsheim (nearby Francfort) Valeo Service is looking for 1 OES Sales Coordinator

Under the responsibility of the Key Account Manager, the VIE:

• Will interface with selected industrial divisions, mainly in Europe
• Will perform daily follow-up work on OES projects and participate in project meetings.

Main Responsibilities

1. Project Participation and Follow Up / Commercial Actions

• Representation of the team within the project teams of selected aftermarket projects
• Preparation of commercial offers
• Follow-up on logistics issues
• Follow-up on price/contract status
• Participation in dedicated project team meetings
• Performs follow-up of milestones for selected OES projects

2. Assistance and cooperation with VALEO divisions around Europe

• Assist VALEO divisions around Europe on customer-related OES subjects

3. Various Studies

• Occasionally, the OES Sales Coordinator will perform market studies and assemble data on selected subjects.

Your profile

• University or Business school with first experience in a sales or marketing department, autonomous and analytical, internet searching skills, strong synthesis skills, ideally with a personal interest and understanding of automotive parts, business minded (hands-on and results driven, gets the job done, reacts promptly to instructions and takes initiatives for completion of missions) efficient communication and interpersonal skills.
• You speak german and english, another language is a plus.
