More precisely, you will be offered the opportunity to join the Equity Capital Markets team. This experience will allow you to gain a broad overview across the spectrum of capital market transactions and strongly develop general professional standards while preparing marketing material and documentations for client's corporate management and executive boards.

It will give you an in-depth insight in the investment banking business and equity capital markets transactions; you will be exposed along the entire deal from marketing to execution.

Your Role:

• Conduct in-depth financial market, industry and company analysis and maintain the internal market intelligence,

• Extensive research of capital markets and financial data comprising financial databases research and data processing as well as analysis in Excel,

• Support the team producing presentations to clients and writing any commercial material which is to be presented or distributed to the client,

• Support the team executing equity capital market transactions such as IPOs, capital increases and equity-linked issues in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The VIE assignment in a nutshell:

• This VIE in Frankfurt is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.

Your Profile:

• You graduated from a Business School or have a Master degree in Business Administration from a top class university with ideally a first experience (internship included) in Finance.

• A very good command of Office applications, especially Excel and Power Point is necessary.

• You speak English and German fluently.

• Analytical skills and ability to summarize key messages, curiosity, reliabiliy, communication skills and team spirit are the keys to succeed.
