Your environment

• Join as a VIE Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking (SG CIB), which is become in Germany a top partner of corporate clients.

• Based in Frankfurt, you will be part of a French-German team of Front Officers in Real Estate Structured Finance. Under the supervision of a Senior Front Officer, you will be involved in all phases of structuring and monitoring of financing transactions. You will be granted progressively a good autonomy to analyze the projects allocated to you.

• During your mission, you will be in contact with several internal departments of SG CIB and of the Group in Frankfurt, Paris and London, as well as the real estate clients of SG CIB, advisors and other banks. Overall, the real estate finance activity is an excellent opportunity to learn and train both technical and commercial skills.

Your role

You will be involved in particular in:

• Risk analysis and understanding of all issues relevant for each transaction (context, aim, constraints related to the assets and/or the legal and tax environment...),
• Financial analysis and modelling of the considered projects,
• Structuring of complex financings,
• Drafting and presentation of credit requests,
• Drafting of term sheets and review of legal documents,
• Risk-monitoring of existing loans,
• Data search and market intelligence.

Your profile

• Graduate from a Master degree (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering), you have ideally a first experience (internships included) in Structured Finance. Financial modeling skills would be very appreciated as well as a knowledge of the real estate sector.

• You speak English and German fluently. You have a very good command of Office applications, especially Excel and Power Point.

• You show good analytical skills and a real ability to summarize key messages. You are recognized for your ability to provide work of a high standard in spite of pressure, your deep team-spirit and your proven client-driven approach.

• Gain insight in other activities of the Bank which interact with or are close to the "Real Estate & Lodging" business line: structured finance in general, syndication, risk analysis, interest rate derivatives.

Conditions

• This VIE in Frankfurt is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.
• Rémunération mensuelle (à titre indicatif, susceptible de subir des variations trimestrielles) : 1626,84€
