Technical Service Specialist (m/f), Molsheim

Your role

As a specialist in Biotechnology, you are the key interlocutor of our customers (internal and external) and a real expert of products using Biopharmaceutical processes. You will be part of a multidisciplinary and international team, and you will contribute to the resolution of scientific issues. You will answer the sometimes complex questions related to our range of products.

• You support our customers as well as our sales engineers on technical questions, product complaints from our non-chemical Pharma processing range (front filtration, tangential flow filtration, chromatography, etc.). You will contribute to the growth of the commercial activity by identifying sales opportunities through the exchanges you will have with our customers and that you will share with the sales force.
• You are also in charge of training and sharing your knowledge and expertise within the Technical Department.
• You will participate in trainings and customer visits to promote our company's products.

Temporary position for 12 months, based in Molsheim (67).

Profile

• Holder of a university degree in biotechnology or biochemical engineering
• Ideally with experience in technical sales support and / or bioengineering in an international pharmaceutical environment
• You must have excellent computer skills, knowledge in Business Intelligence is a plus
• You have proven interpersonal skills, you like working in a team in an international context
• You are fluent in French and English; knowledge of another European language is a real plus
