Technical Data Manager (m/f), Manching

Tasks & accountabilities

• Coordinate data collection activities and sources to output the required reference data at the right time and in the required quality.
• Realignment of operations to improve data collection processes.
• Monitoring the exchange of data and information with customers and industry.
• Monitoring the updating of the technical data after delivery.
• Implement, maintain and perform data quality checks.
• Configuring and managing aircraft data.
• Collecting and exchanging aircraft data with other companies.
• Collection, integration and delivery of aircraft data for aircraft handover.
• Updating of aircraft data after delivery if required.
• Aircraft data support for industrial processes (assembly line, flight test).

Required skills

• Completed studies (engineering, technical course of studies) or comparable education
• Experience in the development of concepts for complex processes, as well as the implementation of projects including configuration and development of new processes, and their extension in an international context.
• Experience with SASPF/ESS/natESS/MDS or other technical logistic systems.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate complex interrelationships both "Top-Down" and "Bottom-Up".
• Experience with the weapon systems EUROFIGHTER/A400M
• Technical understanding of aircraft construction and operation.
• Experience with configuration and change management
• Fluent in German and English
• Experience in dealing with military customers
