Your role

• Based in the Guyancourt site, you will be involved with product document creation and document maintenance processes. Documents are technical in nature and written in English. Document content is for water purification systems and digital solutions associated with them. Document audiences are both customers and service representatives. Content is focused on use and maintenance of equipment. Documents are created using the DITA writing method and are delivered via other methods such as SalesForce.com.
• In addition, you will bring operational support to technical tests related to our strategic projects (partnership with sub-contractors, competition study, systems continuous improvement, technical feedback on product development).
• Further responsibilities include creation of technical presentations for supporting new product launches, as well as presentations for technical trainings.

Profile

• MSC or equivalent (A-level+5) with entry level and further experience (5 to 10 years) in technical domains such as R&D, Technical Support, Life Science, and Digital Products
• Experience in technical documentation creation pertaining to equipment installation and maintenance is valued
• General intellectual and technical curiosity (processes, mechanics, electronics, chemistry, computing)
• Excellent English oral and writing skills
• Willing to take initiatives to provide solutions using documentation creation platforms such as DITA or Adobe InDesign
• Excellent organizational skills, project management skills, highly motivated, willing to deliver results with minimal guidance
