Tasks & accountabilities

The main task is to control and monitor Eurofighter material to ensure compliance with our contractual obligations regarding material availability.

They control the material flow of components/equipment within the entire supply chain of the Eurofighter Partner Companies, the repair facilities and the customer, both nationally and internationally.

Measures to secure the supply:

• Ensuring material availability, also through independent proactive measures
• Organising, coordinating, controlling and monitoring material availability, priority management, including necessary measures in the event of bottlenecks and delivery difficulties
• Support of customer support facilities at the customer's premises in the event of supply chain problems
• Analysis and elimination of disturbances in the supply chain, in the case of complex disturbances with the involvement of the respective user (e.g. repair, dressing).
• Cost and performance optimized distribution of stock to storage locations
• Selection of the optimal supply chain channel for on-schedule stock replenishment
• This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Completed studies (e.g. business administration) or comparable training (master's certificate, IHK degree with sound professional experience)
• You are familiar with the material supply requirements of military customers. Ideally, you already have experience in this area and are familiar with the processes and systems used there.
• Experience of the German Air Force / Bundeswehr Aircraft processes, projects and regulations desirable
• Supply chain understanding
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Military background is an advantage
• Fluent in German; English: business fluent
• Willingness to work in a shift model
• Resilience
• Ability to work in a team under high pressure
