Senior Consultant at Airbus Management Consulting (d/f/m), München

Tasks and accountabilities

• Work hand-in-hand with your colleagues on the issues of the aerospace sector and specific issues to our company
• Manage project modules/ sub-projects/ projects independently and analyze trends, complex markets and processes to develop strategic and operational solutions to help Airbus maximize value creation
• Derive concrete recommendations for action, create presentations and communicate your recommendations to AMC management and your client
• Take leadership responsibility by leading junior colleagues and actively supporting their development via coaching
• Work in a team of highly motivated and skilled colleagues in an international environment
• Act as trusted advisor for your client network

Required skills

• Educated to a degree or MBA from a renowned business school
• Several years of experience and top performance at a top management consultancy or in a strategic position in relevant industries
• Excellent cognitive capabilities and the ambition to provide the best solutions for client challenges
• Team player with excellent communication (verbal/non-verbal), moderation and coaching capabilities
• High flexibility and willingness to travel as required in consulting business (four days/ week on client site)
• Negotiation level in English and one other Airbus core language (French, German, Spanish) is required, everything else is a plus
• Work experience in Aerospace is a plus
