Job description

You are a Sales Executive and Business Developer dedicated to the German-speaking clients sailing in our best destinations throughout the globe.

During your mission, you will perform in Sales:

  • Take care of the German clients: understand their needs and follow them all along the booking process on to the closing. You will get a monthly sales objective to reach;
  • Always look for the best matching offers for the clients and negotiate the best rates;
  • Provide customers with all information related to their booking;
  • Ensure full client satisfaction and customer loyalty.

And develop our business:

  • Understand the needs of our German clients
  • Adapt the website and the products according their needs
  • Help to realize business events like boat shows
  • Be part of the recruitment process and be responsible of a small team of 2 people according to your performance

/!\ : This is a full time position.

Team:

You will be part of the German team and will be part of the execution of our Business Plan goals in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

You will report directly to your Manager, Giorgia, and to our Head of Sales, Adélaïde, and will closely work with them.

You will collaborate closely with the Web-Marketing, Fleet Managers and Customer Care Team.

Preferred experience

  • You are native German speaker fluent in English, mastering a third language is appreciated;
  • You are an excellent commercial;
  • You are a challenge seeker and a source of proposals;
  • You are a team player who inspires trust, ready to take initiatives and battle for user satisfaction;
  • You are able to handle difficult situations by phone or emails and stay calm in all circumstances.
  • You have analytical skills
