La division Sport Performance adidas a un principe : équiper tous les athlètes pour leur permettre d’accomplir leur propre impossible. Adidas a développé des produits (textile, chaussures, équipements) pour 27 des 28 sports olympiques.
Missions
Service Culture:
- Role-model service standards and salesfloor leadership skills
- Provide feedback on observed service behaviors of all team members
- Drive daily Team Huddles and Team Captain role on the salesfloor
- Champion consumer NPS and membership initiatives
- Conduct consumer NPS call-backs
- Drive product knowledge transfer to selling behaviors
- Support adoption of consumer facing tools.
Learning Operations:
- Create monthly training calendar with store leadership and local Training team
- Plan and coordinate all learning activities for new and existing team members
- Go-to person in store for adidas retail digital learning platforms
- Guide and support Store Leadership Team on creating and completing learning plans
- Organize and ensure availability of relevant training materials
- Support participant journey in expert and specialists certification programs
- Support learning needs related to campaign launches and events
- Learning Delivery
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions
- Co-lead implementation of adidas consumer Service Model (CEI) with Store Leadership
- Deliver service and selling skills training
- Deliver evergreen and seasonal product learning in relevant categories
- Deliver new employee Onboarding program
- Engage with the learners throughout their digital learning journey
Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in the retail industry, ideally in sports/fashion/footwear, with a demonstrated training background and an exposure to building and developing sales teams
- Experience as a sales coach, a training specialist, or a similar position in the retail industry
- Result orientation and excellent knowledge of retail KPI analysis
- Remarkable coaching skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively deploy training programs to small groups or to a large audience during training workshops
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Vous parlez Français couramment (C1 level or above in French)
- English (B2 level or above)
