Tasks

• You will join our quantum technology team and
• develop optical and quantum communication satellite payloads
• perform system engineering task for complex optical communications payloads
• participate in technology development programs for essential building blocks of next-generation optical and quantum payloads
• work on and test optical laser setups in our laser laboratory
• analyze and interpret data
• interact and support customers regarding technical requirements and specifications

Profile

• Master’s Degree in communications engineering or other related STEM fields, e.g., physics, photonics, etc.
• Hands-on experience with lasers, opto-electronics and optics
• Analytical thinking
• Willingness to work in a team in multi-partner project structures
• Fluent in English and German
