Missions

Our Team main missions are the following

• Define and maintain the Quality digital strategy
• Continuously improve and transform our QMS and IT application portfolio,working hand in hand with the IM department
  
• Support our Quality asset, ensure Compliance & secure Quality data ecosystem.
• Be accountable for the delivery of Quality digital solutions to customers, driven by Quality Transformation Programme (such as major projects like Unified Non conformance management (9S) , E2E Inspection, Preventing with FMEA & APQP, Quality Data Analytics.
• Support our Quality asset, ensure Compliance & secure Quality data ecosystem.

Your Impact

• You will lead the Quality Management System design & evolution in the frame of the Airbus Business Processes (ABP) that defines and governs all fields of business activities company-wide.

As Business Architect (d/f/m), you will have the accountability:

• To understand and structure business requirements for Quality methods & tools, by collaborating with business owners.
• To challenge the Airbus Business Processes, Method & Tools in order to prepare the Next Generation of Aircraft.
• To collaborate with Technical & Enterprise Architects & Products Development teams to engage implementation of the digital architecture & to act as an Authority in Transformation programmes to ensure the proper implementation of the IM solutions
• To contribute to integrated roadmaps liaising with Company Transformation initiatives

Your skills & experience

• Graduated as a bachelor degree including: Information Management Systems or Industrial or Quality management System or equivalent practical experience
• Capability of earning trust and influencing stakeholders with excellent communication skills
• Priorities management and identifying values to meet customer satisfaction and improve flow efficiency with analytical skills
• Experience in business process modeling, enterprise architecture
• Wide comprehensive knowledge of Airbus Product lifecycle or similar Aerospace product & Operations set-up
• Experience in working with agile methods like scrum and kanban or classic waterfall and hybrid solutions.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP-MES, PLM/PDM (e.g. Dassault System 3DX solutions) would be a plus
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently
