Process Expert / CIP Coach (H/F), Drancy

Responsibilities and Main Tasks

• Is nominated for each process and each location
• Is an practicing expert for the assigned process
• Collaborates in a team with the Lead Process Expert
• Discuss and reviews process elements
• Performs coaching and training in his location
• Is first point of contact in the locations for questions and feedback
• Brings in feedback from the location back into the process improvement team

Qualifications

• Engineer with high skills in communication
• Experience in coaching and Quality assurance. Process oriented
• Experience in SW development, real time management, Analysis skills and rigor
• Good level in French and English speaking is mandatory
• Curiosity and leadership
