Main mission of the role

• Manage the Product and Process development activities of the team according PMS (from Ph2 to Ph4)
• Ensure product robustness through regular exchanges with OEM and Complete Seat R&D
• Organize the Complete Seat feasibility review for our products at all PMS Milestones
• Ensure for the defined KPI’s the needed follow up to achieve efficient product and process development
• Organize DPR meeting to present product development status to management for decisions to be taken
• Ensure process robustness for tools through exchanges with Plant and Manufacturing Team
• Monitor validation plan of the different projects
• Follow up the D&D costs for the projects
• Steer ECR’s tracking for the different Projects
• Participate and support OEM meetings with program when needed

Profile

• Master degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive industry as Design Engineer or in a equivalent position
• Team leader ability with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English and German
• International mindset and experience in working in a matrixorganization
