Your main tasks

• Representation of German Airbus companies vis-à-vis German Tax authorities and vis-à-vis foreign tax authorities via local tax representatives;
• Elaboration of guidelines and fundamental decisions w.r.t. Airbus German VAT group
• Optimisation of compliant VAT handling with regard to monetary and organisational consequences
• Development and implementation of VAT concepts within programmes and projects
• Permanent surveillance of VAT jurisdiction and compliant application
• Representing Airbus’ interests at VAT audits
• Supervision of German VAT compliance
• Cooperation and exchange with VAT managers from other Airbus countries within the Airbus tax community
• Active pursuit of group interest while lobbying in industrial associations
• Management of a small team

Profile

• You are a Certified Tax Consultant (Germany – Steuerberater)
• Experience in industry or consulting company in German and European VAT law
• Negotiation level of German
• Negotiation level of English
