- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements and other legal documents, helping to spot risks and suggest improvements
- Support complaints handling and litigation files (e.g. gathering documents, drafting basic notes, helping prepare responses) under supervision
- Help the team prepare for meetings, negotiations and presentations, including preparing materials and summaries
- Maintain and organise legal files and documentation so matters are up to date and easy to navigate
- Collaborate with other departments to collect information for legal questions and cross‑functional projects

Profile
We’re looking for:
- Enrollment in a master’s degree in law with a specialisation in insurance law or social welfare law, giving you the legal foundation needed for our topics
- Strong legal research, analytical and writing skills, so you can turn complex questions into clear, accurate outputs the team can rely on
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and to collaborate in a cross‑border team, managing your time and asking questions when needed
- High attention to detail and good organisation, especially when handling multiple files and deadlines
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to draft, analyse and present legal materials
- Effective communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken, to work with colleagues in different countries
- Prior internship or work experience in a legal setting is an advantage, especially if it involved contracts, complaints handling or litigation support
