IT Operation Specialist - MDM Mobile Application Manager (H/F), Marseille

Your challenges

• Managing the proper lifecycle of application from their request to their decommission
• Responsible for ensuring the good delivery through defined processes of the devices.
• Responsible for Stock management and alerts.
• Propose continuous improvement on processes
• Monitor health of the fleet though dashboard and raise alerts
• Manage catalog and propose improvement
• Manage the subcontracting team on a local site.
• Liaise with Airbus commercial, Defense & Space to harmonize and standardize solution and processes for the benefits of Helicopters & airbus group companies
• Manage the CMDB of the products.
• Ensure future MDM enrolled product application management (i.e. MacBooks, ChromeBooks, …)

Your profile

• Worked in a large enterprise environment.
• You will manage partners & subcontractors.
• Knowledge of MDM solutions and Workspace One is a plus.
• Autonomy in a good team spirit is recommended as a success factor
• Good Knowledge of incident and change management based on ITIL principles
• Ability to solve complex issues, good at problem statement analysis and solution design thinking
• You are active-listener with the team and with your customers,
• Open-mindedness, self-awareness, transparency, and welcome feedback will be highly appreciated skills.
• Ability to work collectively, respecting Airbus values and seeking empowerment are keys
• Mindset to deliver quality whilst seeking for simplicity will be as well appreciated.
• English language negotiation level is required.
