Intership (m/f) Production and Continuous Improvement Engineer, Toulouse

Tasks & accountabilities

• Making an analysis of the current process and working tools (Value Stream Mapping method)
• Providing a critical analysis of recently deployed performance indicators and quality measurement
• Gathering feedback from team members and their expectations for improvement
• Reflecting on a reconfiguration of the process by proposing areas for improvement (launching and monitoring of actions) and sustainable solutions
• Proposing a concrete and strategic solution (LEAN approach), which will be submitted to the entire team

Required skills

• You are completing a 5-year degree (or equivalent) in general engineering
• You have some interest in the aeronautics sector
• You have project management skills and knowledge of the LEAN method
• Your ability to analyse and synthesize information, as well as your strength of proposal, will be major assets to fully carry out the missions entrusted to you.
• You also appreciate teamwork and have excellent communication skills
• English: intermediate level
• French : advanced level
• German proficiency would be a plus
