TITLE: Head of Finance - Energy technology - German/ English (h/f) Rhein-Neckar area

What we count on you for - Your mission

You are responsible for finance and take a decisive position in controlling and monitoring the financial and business activities of the site

  • Development of financial instruments to evaluate the performance of the site and the company
  • Ensure that the required processes, statistics and dashboards, tools and infrastructures are properly implemented
  • Cost control and calculation as well as analysis of customer/product profitability
  • Analyze financial data, assess their impact and make recommendations
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and international consolidation (IFRS)
  • Management of the Finance Team
  • Regular reporting to the Group Finance Director

  • Your education: You have a university degree in finance, accounting or controlling
  • Your professional experience: You have several years of professional experience in financial management in an industrial environment and have leadership experience
  • Your expertise: Proven knowledge of finance, accounting, cost analysis and IFRS standards
  • Your personality: You are a communicative, hands-on manager with strong analytical and organizational skills and a solid problem-solving approach
  • Your language skills: You are fluent in German and English. French is a plus
  • Your IT skills: Confident in MS Office, an ERP system and a reporting tool
  • Experience in an international environment is desirable
