• Lead GER topline performance for the Healthy Nutrition Unit, ensuring clear visibility of business impacts across categories.
• Partner with Topline functions to provide meaningful analysis, strategic recommendations, and steering measures to achieve targets.
• Deliver transparent performance insights, including key drivers, risks, and opportunities, to management.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with Sales and RGM to drive long-term profitability growth.
• Analyze and communicate growth levers on Net Sales and Gross Margin, focusing on pricing and mix impacts.

Profile

• Master’s degree with at least 8+ years of experience in finance and/or controlling, ideally within a consumer goods company.
• Strong business acumen and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of SAP, Tagetik, and Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, a true team player with a strong stakeholder management ability.
• Capable of driving the agenda, setting priorities, and providing strategic insights.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
