Group Financial Reporting Analyst (H/F/D), Toulouse

Your challenges

• Perform monthly Actuals performance analyze and provide recommendations to facilitate understanding and ease decision making to the top management (Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Audit Committee ) and to the Board of Directors.
• Actively participate in Groupwide Reporting projects & initiative to aim at an efficient, value added continuous improvement. Notably the deployment of new Digital Tools with the support of the Finance Transformation organisation
• Participate & animate the Group wide Reporting Network: As a team member of Group Wide Reporting it would be key to create a strong link with All Divisional Reporting Representatives and proactively animate this network to ensure a successful collaboration, best practice sharing and continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholders: Ensure strong collaborative relationship with all Airbus Finance stakeholders (i.e. Divisional Reporting, Treasury, Accounting, Tax, IR, ...). Support Investor Relations (regarding Consensus, Equity Story) and Corporate Treasury (Credit Rating Agency Meeting).
  

Profile

• Solid experience in Finance (audit, controlling, accounting, financial analysis or investor relation,....). Experience in a big 4 Audit Firm would be a plus
  
• Experience in reporting, planning and/or in consolidation under IFRS Gaap
• Team player with interpersonal skills
• Dynamism, proactivity & agility
• Analytical and critical mindset with the capacity to challenge
• Excellent skills in written presentation
• Excellent skills to simplify, explain and present to top management
• Professional level in English. The knowledge of a second language (French, Spanish or German) would be a plus.
