What we count on you for – Your mission

• You will install, maintain, and service highly specialized technical equipment across diverse snow-related systems.
• You perform commissioning, maintenance, and on-site support, off-season on construction sites or during winter in mountainous areas
• You provide technical diagnostics, repairs, and remote support to customers
• You conduct customer training and product handovers, occasionally as part of on-call duty
• You manage workshop-based service requests and prepare commercial service offers
• You document each assignment carefully and maintain contact with the French headquarters
• You spot business opportunities and actively promote the sale of machines or spare parts

• Your background: Completed technical training in electrical engineering, mechatronics or automation – or equivalent experience
• Your languages: Fluent German, with professional English or French
• Your IT skills: Comfortable with Windows, diagnostic tools, and digital devices
