What we count on you for – Your mission

In this role, you combine consulting, product expertise and destination expertise in a premium environment. Your focus is Asia and Oceania, especially Japan and Vietnam, but knowledge of additional destinations such as South Korea, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Maldives, Jordan, Oman, the UAE, Uzbekistan, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Polynesia, Vanuatu or the Cook Islands is a strong plus and can be further developed internally.

• You develop tailor-made travel projects for premium clients and support them from the first idea until their return, by phone, video and on-site in the travel agency, in collaboration with international expert teams
• You actively contribute to the development and improvement of the Asia & Oceania portfolio
• You create new travel concepts, optimize existing offers and actively bring your destination expertise into product management
• No prospecting, no cross-selling or upselling, no revenue targets, no catalog sales

Why we want you on our team – Your strengths

• Your background: First professional experience in relevant sectors (tourism, event management, hospitality, sales, customer service…) or comparable fields, with relevant travel and international experience
• Your destination expertise: Strong knowledge of one or more travel destinations in Asia or Oceania, especially Japan or Vietnam, with a deep understanding of geography, culture, tourist highlights, travel organization and local specificities
• Ideally additional knowledge in: South Korea, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Maldives, Jordan, Oman, UAE, Uzbekistan, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Polynesia, Vanuatu, Cook Islands
• Your language skills: German at minimum C1-C2 level, fluent English, French is a strong plus
• Your working style: Service-oriented, autonomous, emotionally intelligent and enjoying customer and team interaction
