Tasks

  • Ensure the CRM system effectively supports sales activities (Sales Visit, Order Support, …)
  • Ensure efficient workflows across commercial operations
  • Monitor and analyze metrics to assess CRM performance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all CRM and data quality
  • Maintain and update accounts and contacts within the CRM system
  • In collaboration with CRM manager, assume responsibility for quality, administration, maintenance, amendments, deletions, corrections and archiving to ensure optimal use of customer data.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide user support and training.

Profile

  • Education: Master’s degree from a business school or Master's degree in Business Management, Digital Marketing or equivalent subject
  • Work Experience: Experience in CRM Management in the pharmaceutical sector, the mass retail sector or within a CRM service provider or software engineering. At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Skills: You are comfortable using CRM or ERP tool, extremely proficient in Excel, and have a good knowledge of digital tools and new technology (apps). You are comfortable with database workstream (structures & flows management). Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
  • You are business-oriented with a strong interest in sales operations and capable of managing complex data. You are recognized for your strong interpersonal skills and your ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
