Your boarding pass

• Advanced graduate degree and excellent academic record (e.g. MBA, PhD, Eng, MSc…)
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Professional Experience in Airline would be a plus.
• Good technical background and strong business acumen (understanding of customer operation, customer value; …)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to understand complex subjects and to accept challenging missions in areas and domains where we have never been to: consulting is an expanding activity in terms of scope, we need to have explorers able to adapt!
• Ability to propose, structure and prioritize ideas to enable the team to find solutions
• Ability to work with people at all levels in an organization
• Ability to communicate complex ideas both verbally and in writing, in English and an additional language
• Special attention to design and aesthetics for documents produced is required

Specific

• Recognized experience in business planning or financial analysis is required
• Experience in an airline corporate or engineering or Maintenance organization
• Previous experience in aircraft sales or marketing will be highly considered
• Being able to understand contractual terms and commercial proposals is key.
