Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and Managing Engineering related Quality aspects to foster prevention and improvement
  • Developing Quality Mindset & Behaviour
  • Deploying quality processes, standards and tools applicable for engineering
  • Supervising Quality Gates / Technical reviews within Engineering and participating to engineering business meetings to ensure modifications are assessed on risk
  • Managing the Non-Conformance process, root cause analysis, completion of corrective actions and process for error prevention
  • Promoting Quality best practices & methodology
  • Ensuring and providing evidences of process adherence in Engineering, according to the selected standards / referential in place
  • Implementing Quality Performance Management System e.g. audits, KPI, Quality Gates, yearly performance review
  • Approving Inspection process and monitoring Inspection performance, where applicable
  • Supporting Engineering with Project / Customer interface on Quality matters.

This role will involve some travels for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Profile

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent in SW Engineering or a related discipline,
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Management and/or in Engineering,
  • Knowledge of APQP methodology would be a plus,
  • Rigorous, analytical, and having a pragmatic approach,
  • Leadership, Communication skills,
  • Customer-oriented mindset,
  • Language: negotiation level of both French and English; Knowledge of German would be a plus.
