Business Transformation - Business Process Manager "Source to pay out" (m/f/d), Frankfurt / Hamburg / Aschaffenburg

We are looking for You to fill the role of Business Process Manager in the process area "Source to pay out" (m/f/d) for our Business Transformation Office in our Headquarter in Frankfurt am Main (Airport/Gateway Gardens) or one of our other German locations

Your responsibilities

• As a Business Process Manager in the process area "Source to pay out" (m/f/d), you develop and deliver consistent and uniform strategic processes in logistics in the KION Business Transformation (BTO) initiative in alignment with the business strategy
• You translate business requirements of KIONs Operating Units into a harmonized process and solution template
• You support the Global Process Owners in defining the process model and guarantee a robust and continued documentation and strongly collaborate with the process managers from the Operating Units
• You drive continuous improvement and implementation of process changes in related Business Transformation initiatives and projects and ensure the process change procedure, i.e. via contributing with operational process insights
• You are in constant alignment on processes with IT Integration and IT standardization managers to support the implementation of the business processes in our IT systems, e.g. SAP S/4Hana
• You drive change in the organization by collaborating with the Change Management Team within Corporate HR as well as related initiatives and projects

Qualifications & Requirements

• You have a degree in business administration, information management, engineering or comparable studies with several years of professional experience in process development or improvement
• You have strong project management experience
• You know your way around SAP as well as our products and industry
• You have an active, self-starting approach with a can-do attitude
• You are characterized by strong communication, presentation & facilitation skills, which you easily demonstrate in English in an international and intercultural environment
• Further language skills (German, Spanish, French) are of advantage
