Your Mission

• Convert Planned Order into productionWork Order
• Schedule Work Order in line with weekly production schedule
• Realign production needs based on changes to production schedules and compliant with logistical constraints
• Realign the stations needs dates after esch change to production plan (medium and long-term vision)
• Manage disputes ans system anomalies
• Ensure the interface with the work order printing service
• Manage the distribution of paper work order on each station
• Participate in rescheduling meetings for specific requirements
• Analyze unconverted planned orders and contact the manufacturing engineering department before aircraft start at the station
• Develop internal support to improve efficiency by implementing new processes
• Provide SAP PGI and PEA support at R2 level and link with Airbus business support

Profile

• Knowledge of FAL logistics and scheduling domain
• 10 years of experience in Production Activity Controller
• Technical skills / knowledge
• Production tools (SAP PGI, SAP PEA, Acpng, MES, ...)
• Knowledge FAL logistics process
• Soft skills
• Team spirit
• Communication with various interlocutors
• Autonomous and proactive
• Fluent in French (Italian is a plus)
