To reinforce our New European Headquarter in Berlin, we are looking for:

Associate Product Managers (AP) for France and for Germany

Mission

• Develop strategies to promote the game(s) in the French or German-speaking markets;
• Work with Producers on overall game support/development, marketing, community building, and sales;
• Create and implement virtual item sales promotions;
• Coordinate and execute cross promotions with partners;
• Manage and run in-game events;
• Actively monitor the game community;
• Monitor and manage daily/monthly/quarterly sales. Achieve sales goals through quality execution and by meeting market requirements;
• Provide guidance, direction and support to Game Masters to ensure milestones are accomplished and schedules are achieved on time;
• Act as a Mentor for Game Masters;
• Communicate with developers on product additions/enhancements;
• Establish and maintain a creative and productive environment through effective team communication;
• Analyze trends and research new business opportunities;
• Compile reports on activity level, marketing strategies and customer concerns;
• Work in close collaboration with the other teams of different countries (Germany, France, Spain, Turkey, USA);

Profile

• Proven time and project and team management skills with demonstrable ability in handling multiple responsibilities concurrently while working well under deadline pressures;
• Able to work long hours and cope with a startup spirit;
• Understanding of marketing strategies and online business models;
• Able to prepare reports and analyze customers' trend and characteristics;
• Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills;
• Creative mindset. Adept at finding new ways to deliver old material;
• Proven ability to take initiative and be proactive;
• Proven experience in successfully developing and managing people, resources and schedules;
• Be a team player as well as team leader;
• Passion for online games and an understanding of MMO games and the market;.
• You are Native French for the French speaking markets and Native German for the German speaking markets.
• Absolute fluency in English is a MUST. Spanish or Italian knowledge would be a Plus.
