When Vincent and Emmanuel met in 2010, they were both convinced that real estate needed to accelerate its environmental transition. And that data could help.
In 2014, they co-founded Deepki, and developed a digital solution enabling real estate investors and operators to collect and analyze their energy consumption data. Using Deepki’s SaaS solution, clients could better understand their real estate portfolio, reduce their carbon footprint, and enhance the value of their assets.
Today, Deepki employs 100+ people, serves 300+ clients, and has 4 offices in Paris, Spain, Milan and London.

Our growing team of 15+ management consultants supports leading real estate investors in the definition and execution of their ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) strategy. We help our clients:
