Your profile

  • At least 1 year experience in customer acquisition for an online player (shop, network)
  • Native level of French and fluent English skills
  • Love being on the phone and passionate about turning potential customers into long-term partners
  • Good knowledge of the French e-commerce and online marketing sector
  • Proactive, motivated and self-dependent individual with good negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills as well as a professional and customer-oriented personality
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point, ideally first experience with Salesforce
  • Structured, organized and an analytical mindset

Your responsibilities

  • Acquiring new French partner shops via telephone and mail
  • Taking care of incoming enquiries of new potential partners
  • Negotiating and preparing contracts
  • Follow-ups and accompanying our new partners through the onboarding process
  • Generating and maintaining a qualified database of potential sales leads
  • Updating and maintaining our CRM database
  • Working closely with other sales managers and departments such as Quality, Finance, Marketing and IT
