  • Salary package with base plus performance component (~60% base/40% variable)

Profiles We Are Looking For

  • University/Fachhochschule upcoming or recent graduates
  • Minimum 1 year in human resources, executive search, sales or customer service
  • Passionate about working in a growing company
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English plus at least one additional language
  • Available full-time, 9AM-6PM
  • EU citizen, valid German work permit or student visa

Tasks

  • Identify, engage and actively recruit top experts via phone calls and emails
  • Execute interviews/surveys and generate write-ups/reports to deliver findings to clients
  • Work in a team to meet tight project deadlines
