Your environment

Join as a VIE, Société Générale Group in Germany, where you will integrate the Société Générale Securities Services (SGSS), and more precisely its Custody and Trustee (CDT) business line in Frankfurt.
The main part of CDT consist of managing inflows and outflows for securities portfolio, i.e:

receiving or delivering securities against payment or collection of the corresponding cash,
managing events that affect the securities comprising the portfolios, in particular payment of interest and reimbursement for bonds, payment of dividends and trading in securities for shares.

Your role

During your VIE mission, you will be in charge of:

1. Enter the trades for matching purposes:

• Understand the service requested
• Input the ticket from the Fund manager in the system
• Be in charge of German and foreign trades
• Check with the Broker the instructions
• Analyze the discrepancies

2. Check the deals from Institutional:

• Understand the service requested
• Answer the Client (Nantes Custodian) when unmatched deals occur

3. Develop automation on:

• Trades input
• Trades reconciliation
• Confirmations

Your profile

• Graduate from a Business School, or University (two-years Master's degree), with a major in Finance, you already have a good Custody and Trustee knowledge.
• You are fluent in German, speaking English can be a plus.
• You are conversant with Excel, Word, Access and VBA.
• Recognized for your good verbal and written communication skills, you are systematically in search of quality.
• Reliable, you show good practical skills which enable you to understand and to analyze promptly the information.
• Moreover, you are able to work on your own and in a team, in a stressful environment.
