Within Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking (SGCIB), you will join for a VIE our Global Finance branch (GLFI).

GLFI provides our issuer clients (corporates, financial institutions, public sector) with capital raising solutions across the debt to equity spectrum, along with structured financing, FX and interest rate hedging. Developing tailor-made products and providing strategic advice (capital structure advisory, financing schemes and capital markets) based on our worldwide expertise and in-depth sectorial knowledge, we aim to meet their financing needs.
More precisely, you will integrate the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) department and more particularly the banks, Insurance Companies in Germany/Austria/Switzerland. DCM originates bonds, loans, securitization, tax & debt advisory products and cross-sell derivatives.

As a Junior originator, you will be support for senior originators, in an international and demanding environment.

Your role

As a Junior Originator, you will be in charge of:

• Analyse, store and process market information to provide the origination desk with market intelligence, as well as market publications.
• Help senior originators in producing the proposals and presentations to clients, involving from market information research to writing any commercial material which is to be distributed to the client.
• Gradually develop commercial relationship with Financial clients for whom you will act as a back up to the senior originator with respect to private placement business.
• Understand and analyse the client issues as well as the client credit stories in order to jointly develop the business.

Your profile

• With a Master Degree in Business Administration from a Business School or a University, your internships have revealed your talent in bond origination or credit/financial analysis in the banking sector.
• You are fluent in German and English.
• You are proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Quality and results-oriented, you are able to react to market changes quickly, while meeting internal and external deadlines.
• Your good communication skills and your deep team spirit, will enable you to succeed in this mission.
